Gilmartins is a privately-owned nationwide main contractor and interior fit-out group, with vast experience in the Education, Retail, Health, Hotels, Heritage, Design and Build, Developments, Commercial and Public Sectors. The Board is led by Founder and Managing Director Terry Gilmartin and has been established for over 20 years.

We thrive on the contribution our projects make to local communities and we have recently delivered a new Children's Nursery to the Royal Berkshire Community, a new Cardiology Suite for L&D Hospital and a complete refurbishment to Maryland Care Home in St Albans which provides care for Dementia, Physical disabilities and Sensory impairments.

We are positively focused on reducing the impact that our operations may potentially have on the environment, in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.

We are accredited to ISO 14001 and as a part of that process we have a fully functioning and auditable Environmental Management System (EMS).
